Life often brings change, launching us into an overwhelmed state, leaving us feeling a bit out of sorts or lost.
If you find yourself in such a space, I have a special invitation for you. If you are ready to lay down your burdens, nourish your soul, and receive guidance in navigating difficult times, Nature Therapy SLO is just a phone call away.
Learn how to cultivate courage, self-empowerment, and compassion for facing and overcoming life's challenges. Discover how to embrace the darkness and learn from it in order to uncover the light at the core of your being. We all have the inherent ability to heal ourselves if we are willing to delve deep into our inner being and take the time to discover who we really are and what our unique gifts are.
I am a healer, a guide and an assistant to those seeking a change.
Developing a comfortable and safe relationship with a client is my first priority. My approach is grounded in the belief that all individuals can, not only heal, but became better versions of themselves.
People come to see me for help with...
Anxiety, depression, grief and loss, long-term illness, life-transitions, stress, relationship problems, family conflict, self-esteem, ADHD, difficulties at work or school, daily life stress and more. I also work with people who seek out psychotherapy not because of a particular problem, but to better understand and accept themselves, to enhance their creativity, and to more fully realize their potential.
What is Nature Therapy?
Nature therapy diverges from traditional therapy in that nature is utilized as part of the therapeutic process. This can be in the form of gardening, hiking, walking, or sitting in a park and talking. There is a growing body of research that confirms that being in nature increases mental health functioning. Benefits include reduced stress, a sense of belonging, improved self-confidence, improved immune functioning, and overall improvement in one's health and well-being.
